  Goodwill stores have become so disappointing lately. The prices are way too high for the poor people who generally shop there, especially on housewares. Five dollars for an old, used frying pan? Really? Ten dollars for an old wooden shelf, $6 or more for blouses and shirts. But what's REALLY annoying--and in fact, downright insulting--is that some clothes are in bad condition, yet you still charge high prices for them. My friend and I were there this morning and noticed a dress hanging on the end of one of the racks. BOTH armpits were badly ripped--and the price on it was $9.99! TEN DOLLARS for a dress that is not only used, but noticeably torn in two places. Is it really possible that not a single employee noticed that before it went on the rack? Why would you even charge that much for a plain, simply-styled used dress? You don't pay for any of this stuff, it's all donated. This is not the first time I have seen clothing items that are torn or stained. Why do you put such crap on the racks in the first place? My friend and I were both disgusted and have decided not to even bother shopping at Goodwill's anymore. High prices, bad quality, people who don't care what their merchandise even looks like... there are many other second-hand stores in this town that care more about their customers.
