  Looking for a smart dr. Who is up to date on thyroid issues who will treat symptoms not test numbers that are out of date. I need a referal for a specialist and someone who accepts health net insurance. Preferably maricopa, Chandler or Ahwatukee area. I have test results and according to my research I should be treated. Any suggestions or advice from anyone in a similar situation is appreciated.

  I don't know if they take your insurance but Derosa medical will run all the correct labs for your thyroid and more. The closest office is in Chandler. Shelli Adams is who I recommend at that location. You can call and see if they take your insurance. 480-619-4097

Apparently when you turn 35 you lose your mind and can't find a good doctor to save your life.
