  I've got the same problem with Sharp and have been looking for months... I've contacted all kinds of birthing networks, etc. and found nothing. They all led me back to Dr. Biter. So, I called his nurse and she gave me the out-of-pocket cost breakdown and it's very reasonable. Call them and just see if you can swing it. 760-642-0800. (they also said he may be working for Sharp in the near future but that's all still up in the air... cross your fingers!)
