  So it seems Pinewatch like to charge you twice for an alarm issue; once to come see what is wrong, and then again when they actually come to fix the issue. That, in my books, is poor business practice. So can anyone recommend a reliable alarm technican and/or alarm supplier? I'll stick with Pinewatch for the armed response, but think it is time to change who looks after it.
