  Any leads on an experienced part-time nanny for my three kids (3/5/7)? I am looking for someone responsible, fun, loving, and willing to get the kids out of the house and play. Flexible hours, but prefer Tues/Wed 8-4, and possibly one other 1/2 day. Also, has anyone used a nanny sourcing service? Just curious if people think it's worth the money.
