Bay Area Pools or Pool Troopers has taken care my pool, my friends and family’s pools for over 20 years. Their technicians are fast and friendly and maintain a beautiful crystal clear pool year round. With their new communication system, I’m notified when the services have been completed and if their is any problems that need to be addressed. They still leave the traditional note if necessary. They send emails with discounts for the suggested maintenance services. This makes it more appealing to call and request the service. Customer service and billing team, also outstanding. With out fail every time my credit card expires I forget to call for the last 15 years, they call they remind me even if it’s past due they are kind and understanding. When scheduling a service or asking a simple question, they are friendly and make you feeling like they only work for you. This is the only pool service I would recommend.
