It was far more expensive than I used to pay for cut , color and highlights. She did my highlights and they came out too brassy and red. So she did them over and it is the same. My hair is medium dark brown and I like some chunky pale blond highlights. I have the formula my old stylist used. My question: Where can I go to have my hair done over and doesn't cost an arm and leg? I want it colored all over back to my base color should be and some highlights framing face.
