  I also ordered from Amanda of Sunshine Cakes a few days ago. My daughter was raving about how delicious the cup cakes were. Delivery was free. You can contact Amanda at (208) 822-1574. Dissmores also has a bakery. They delivery. Phone: (509) 332-2918. I didn't order from them because they didn't have my daughter's favorite cake flavor. WSU, dining services also have cakes/cupcakes. Phone: (509) 335-3570. They don't have the option of delivery which was inconvenient for my daughter.
