  Who has moved away from Lansing and after you moved you found a new food you never tried; and if you go back to visit Lansing/Chicago would you know where to buy it or get it at a restaurant already prepared? My food is Crawfish / those dam mud bugs, I love them and wouldnt know where to get them anywhere in Chicago. Guess it's a southern thing, I think of all those years I've missed eating them!
