  Gary J. wrote: Absolutely outstanding service and value. I can't say enough about how professional and informative Mike was. Mike put in the water heater and replaced venting and installed a new valve for no additional cost. All the other firm's quotes added a substantial dollar amount for those changes. His overall price for the same water heater was less than all the other quotes. The only negative I have is that I don't have any additional plumbing needs at this time. I will call him when the need arises. Even though I am 65 the experience was so positive that I never asked for the senior citizen discount. Gary Jones
