  Steve, I grew up in Parkville and now live in Carney. At one time we had our office where Mars is now and are now in Timonium. We do 24 hour emergency service. I agree with an earlier comment about the aux ht has to come on in these temperatures to keep your home warm but the heat pump should be running too. If it is not check and make sure that the selector switch, on the thermostat didn't get moved to call for the em ht, which will turn the heat pump off.
