It would appear we are in need of an AC repair service for our home. Any companies to seek out? Any to avoid? We are located in Carney, near the Firehouse.

Any recommendation for someone who can install a generator for my home?
Robert C. replied:
Give me a call tomorrow at 410-252-6300. We install the Honeywell generators, which are Generac generators, with normally some extras. Ask for Bob, that's me.
Need someone to look at my central air. Anyone know someone cheap. Ugh! Always something!
Robert C. replied:
Chason Service Engineers. We're not cheap but are very good and have been in the business for 69 years. 410-252-6300. I'm also a Parkville boy who now lives in Carney.
Is there anyone in here who does hvac? My unit is less than two years old and I'm on auxiliary and it's 50 degrees in my house. I'm sure it's under warranty but the place I got it isn't open until Monday. I need help.
Robert C. replied:
Steve, I grew up in Parkville and now live in Carney. At one time we had our office where Mars is now and are now in Timonium. We do 24 hour emergency service. You can call our office or contact me directly. Company name is Chason Service Engineers and the office number is 410-252-6300. My cell is 410-236-6300. I agree with an earlier comment about the aux ht has to come on in these temperatures to keep your home warm but the heat pump should be running too. If it is not check and make sure that the selector switch, on the thermostat didn't get moved to call for the em ht, which will turn the heat pump off.
