About us
Unlike other Community Associations, Clear Lake City's (CLCCA) amenities are open to the public. Anyone can purchase facility tags, use the one of our amenities for the daily fee of $5, rent a room for a reception or other special event, or attend a class. Of course, we love our residents, so all residents receive 20% off the listed price for any tag or class purchase.

It is for a wedding reception in November.Janet M. replied:Call Clear Lake City Community Association on Monday@281-488-0360. Very reasonable and roomy. One space has a fenced back yard and kitchen. Another has a kitchen and private restrooms.
