Im a busy mum of 5 beautiful monsters and 1 big one (the hubby) :)
i bake to relax and as my each od my childrens birthday approached and i had more children i decided i would give my hand at making their birthday cakes.
I have been improving ever since and make cakes for family and friends and on occasion friends of friends.
My kitchen is council inspected and was given a 5 star.
Im still learning and really would love to get to the standard one day to enter competitions so that just means i have to practice more :)
