  Lakeside Primary Dr Amy Woolwine, if you cann't her Dr Vaugh would be my next chose. They take care of the whole family kids to adults. 704-316-1040 325 Vining St Suite 101 Concord NC 28027 they also have Urgent Care after office hour & weekends same copay as your office visit and they see your chart to know your health history.
