  Also for consideration: The Danish Cafe in the Galleria in Red Bank. Not as big as Panera, but conveniently (or mutually inconveniently) located. It has excellent wifi and even if the place closes, the dining area is still accessible. It's also conveniently located a block from the Red Bank Train Station with easy access to Route 35 and to the Parkway. http://thedanishcafe.com/
