Hi I just wondered if anyone can advise of any groups or classes to go to on a Monday or Friday for a 16m old? I've tried tinytalk and on the waiting list for Rockabillies.

Would you like to come and try out TinyTalk?! Lots of fun with singing, instruments, puppets, bubbles, ribbons and parachute and other games. You also learn how to use simple signs and gestures to let your little one tell you what they want, or are thinking about, which is brilliant! At 16 m you're on the borderline between our 'baby' classes and 'toddlers', I'd usually recommend starting in babies and say doing until Xmas in that session and moving to toddlers after that, but depends how active your little one is! I run at the Salvation Army hall opposite Aldi /KFC in long eaton on Mondays with baby classes at 10-11 and 12.45-1.45, and toddlers 11.15-12.15. Otherwise if you have transport then it's 15 mins to Chellaston in Derby and I run there 9.45-10.45 for toddlers and 11-12 or 12.15-1.15 for babies. We're there next week if you wanted a free trial, then off for a week, back at the beginning of November. There's more info at www.tinytalk.co.uk/carolines. Hope to see you soon!! :-)
