  Eugene B. wrote: Danger! this company is a scam. They are providers for American Home Shield, but they come in and identify other things that have to be done in order to "get up to code". They needed to replace the water heater, but then he said he needed to drill a hole in the outside wall - which would break the siding - but his answer was those repairs are not under warranty and I would have to pay him to repair the damage that he would do. SCAM ARTIST - Do not use these idiots.
