  Good Morning Friends and fellow Capers...need your help locating a good, fair, hopefully local, Samsung-qualified refrig repair person asap for service. My four year old, side-by-side Samsung refrigerator is now not keeping up with cooling and we need ice and cold food for camp. Living out of coolers is not cutting it. Sears cannot come for almost a week and the samsung recommended servicer did not even answer the phone this AM. It behaves like it is low on refrigerant though I doubt modern appliances are that simple. Help please. Thanks. Go

  I used appliance doctor in the past- thought they were pretty good- not the cheapest though. The will schedule an appointment to do an initial assessment/diagnosis, then they provide you with an estimate for the repair.
