  We've been round and round on this one -- the search option on the group's page will lead you to lengthy discussions. Royal Dynasty, which is yummy but way overpriced and no delivery. I highly recommend Hong Wah in Penfield -- no delivery but really far, far better than others. China Chef in the library plaza is okay by me and it delivers: http://www.chinachefwebster.com/

  Yeah I would say China Chef - from the last go around we decided to try Spring Garden and we were disappointed. The one dish had tons of veggies but very little meat or seafood. Kinda bland too but that's jmo.

  Be warned: China Chef seems to enjoy smoking heavily when delivering the food. Our last time (ever) ordering there tasted like a cigar bar. Absolutely disgusting.
