You could log on to the district website at www.hpsk12.net and search for the director of that department, Mr Wayne Abbott, and email him. Maybe he'll answer you before school resumes?

We have been looking at purchasing houses all around the area, from Okemos, Haslett, Dewitt to Holt and all surrounding areas. I was hoping that somebody could give me more information on Horizon Elementary school (their website offered great information but I am also looking for personal opinions). I will have two that will be elementary school aged when we get there (3rd grade and 1st). We have not purchased a house yet but are looking at buying in this school district if we purchase in Holt.
