  Dentist recommendations? I am looking for recommendations for a regular old dentist here in Anchorage. My wife went to one for a cleaning yesterday and they handed her a list of work they wanted done which would have maxed out her insurance and cost a a bunch out of pocket. We do not believe that she needs the vast majority of this work as we were with our dentist in Missouri for the past 8 years without these types of problems. Basically we would like one that is honest and not trying to juice us and the insurance company for every cent they can get.

He used to practice at Family Medical Dental off of Boniface before moving out to Eagle River. http://www.familymedicaldental.com/Home_Page.html The staff here was also pretty good and worked with me.
