  Check www.flowerexplosion.com for their pricing on baby's breath. I buy from them frequently for my weddings and have been happy with the price and quality. If you only need a few peonies for a bouquet, you might check with New Seasons (I like the Sellwood and 7 Corners Floral Departments) to see if they can have them on hand for you when you need them.
