  Dan: Sorry I missed your earlier post. I worked@Brigandi Kissinger Realtors for almost 13 yrs (you might remember it when it was Fish/GMAC, a couple offices have merged since then) The agents there are all good and they can put the listing in Centre and West Branch MLS which is a big plus.
