Some of the questions I have would be: - Were they reliable and did they show up on time? - How many people arrived at your home? - Did they pack your belongings and was it efficiently and carefully done? - Were they pleasant to deal with? - Did the come to give a quote and how close with the final amount to their quote? - Were they respectful of not tracking in dirt in? (one client is in a condo and I want to be sure to keep their neighbours happy) Thanks in advance for taking the time to share!
