We also prefer to use our own cleaning supplies etc, so I'd prefer to keep it around $20 because of that. I work from home, so I'm flexible with day/time but I do need someone once a week. I'd prefer a company with more than one employee as well, as the girl we've just had with us for a year, cancelled many, many times on me 'morning of' which kind of SUCKS.
