  Does anyone know of a good dog trainer? MUST BE AFFORDABLE. I adopted a dog last year. He is such a sweet boy but unfortunately he was given a raw deal in life. He was not only born deaf but also has some other mental issues. He was abused and then abandoned. He suffers from separation anxiety which is totally understandable. I learned yesterday that a person can easily put in a complaint to bylaw about someone's dog without even giving any times or dates as to when there was a big issue. I can't let him go back to the rescue. The big issue is apparently barking. Just wish my neighbor would have spoken to me about it first.
