  Looking for a referral for a HVAC company that services & has a yearly maintenance program for geothermal heating & cooling. We are looking for a company that gives you a window of time to show up to do the work & actually SHOWS UP. We are not pleased with our current company, Blades HVAC due to continual issues with them not maintaining their promised appointment times (or even calling to notify that they will not show during the promised time). Looking for actual experiences from satisfied consumers. Thanks.

  We have a geothermal system and use First Service in Bishopville 410-208-3220. We are totally satisfied. Ask for service tech Kirk. He is their geothermal guy.
