  Go to Michael Goodwin at Kenneth and Company in Monroe. He is great with kids and does great kids cuts. Only person my kids have ever gone to. He's a member of the church (and so is his brother Ken who owns the shop) and charges $15 for a kids cut. 360 794 7797
