  Need the stair railing & post stained and sealed. Need the trim painted and the top of the stairwell cut in with paint. Also, need the light fixture hung. Need it completed asap and I'm extremely flexible on the hours you want to work on it. Flooring will start on 5/19 so it would be easiest if it was done before then. Thank you.
