  Can anyone advise me on where to start! I want to change my loft conversion from two bedrooms and a bathroom to a large bedroom and ensuite. Do I need an architect, a builder or a loft conversion specialist? It will include; taking out stud walls, building stud walls and probably redoing the electrics with a touch of plumbing for good measure. Many thanks for any advice.
