  Suzanne W. wrote: I broke a front tooth off at the gum line. I am very self conscious about having a front tooth missing. The quality of care at Club Dental is great but the communications need improvement. I am anxious to get my surgery scheduled however, I am getting the run around. First, I was told that they would get back to me the next day That didn't happen. So I wet back in to the office. I was told that they would get back to me the same day, later in the afternoon. It didn't happen. It has been a week since I was last seen and am no closer to getting my surgery scheduled. To say that I am highly frustrated is an understatement. Does this office care about the patient?
