  I really don't like to put myself out here but I'm in a very bad situation I am disabled on oxygen 24/7 my husband of 25 years walked out July 5th of last year for a 29 year old pregnant girl they then moved in together in October of last year he is not helping me with any financial support for our children they are teenagers and with my disability I cannot afford an attorney we have no assets to split the only thing that needs to be done is alimony and divorce the kids live with me he does not see them or have visitation with them. I am asking everyone if they know somebody that can help me with a free consultation and direct me and what I need to do and what I can do on my own to cut down any cost I am barely making ends meat for me and my kids and I am petrified that we are going to wind up homeless if I don't get this all in order. So any help is greatly appreciated

  Call the NC Bar Referral line 800-662-7660. Get the phone number and then tell them your situation. It's a very low consultation fee through the service but because of your situation they may even waive it, I have seen it happen before.

  Is anyone a lawyer or know any laws as far as wrongful termination? I was recently terminated because my foster child got sick... Never missed work never written up exceeded expectations. I have a text with her telling me to choose between my kids or work and then terminating me.
