  I have taken many extra courses focusing on prenatal massage. I am also a birth doula. I have the formed pillows at both my home office (off of Spratt) and at the clinic I work at (Align Massage Therapy - Bank St). I will say though that while it is great to have the option to lay on your stomach it is not the greatest of positions. It causes a lot of added stress to your low back and can cause extra pulling on your uterine ligaments. This would be why we treat in side lying. With the way that I use the pillows it is super comfortable. I would be happy to discuss the way I treat with you or anyone else who has questions.
