She was ment to do a wedding we went to on sat 18th July, she let them down on everything! It was a mess they had to search around on the morning to try and source alternatives. And other people have been let down in the same way! We found out from booking other people they knew of her right away from helping others in the same boat.

Terrible communication from Lisa, could never seem to get hold of her (had to wait 2 days for a phone call before the event when she text me to say that the chocolate fountain I had booked and paid for was broken). After a week of basic texts and not responding or answering the phone, she finally called me back at 7pm on the day of my engagement party (I was already there!) Utter disappointment. The catering was dismal- not a green leaf in sight (not at all how she explained it would be) the candy cart was a child size with only 5 small bowls of random sweets. We spent a fortune on buying more. She also didn't decorate it, even though she said she would. I feel so let down by this company, and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I have no idea where all of the amazing reviews on her facebook site have come from, although she wouldn't put up a bad post would she! Be very cautious when booking with this company. They are very overworked and the services/ communication/ way they speak and treat customers is a disgrace.

Just as other posters reviewed - let us down with some items the evening before our big event after we had paid in full 12 months previous and then staff that did turn up with other equipment that we had booked were unprofessional and rude. Still waiting for a refund 12 days later.

I ordered and paid for my son's party package back in Feb and I was really looking forward to it thinking I'd got a great deal. . . Well I sent an email to bake a cake a few days before my sons party to make sure everything was still going ahead and I received a reply saying 'IT WILL' which wasn't very reassuring or professional. Then the night before I was told I wouldn't be receiving the cake I'd ordered and paid for but would get a shop brought cake! The morning of my son's party I received an email stating that the face painter was ill so wouldn't be coming. . . I started panicking thinking she wasn't going to turn up so ordered a bouncy castle from another company, went and got food, a cake and party bag supplies and thank god I did because no cake was sent, the party bag supplies were shocking and the food was horrendous. I would never book anything with bake a cake again and I'd advise no one else does. She's lovely until she gets your money then she becomes very difficult to get hold of and when you do eventually get a reply she's rude.
