  I think most places will help you if you really need it. Skadron Animal hospital will usually work with you. You can also apply for a Care credit card. That has a no interest period. Right now the emergency animal hospital on 7 th is open. You can apply for care credit there also. 651-293-1800. Their address is 1542 W 7 th St. St Paul, MN 55102
