I'm trying to find out where I can get a larger dog spayed that won't charge a huge amount. The dog I found is potentially going to be rehomed, but we want her fixed first. Thanks for any info, it's appreciated

The rascal unit out of Dublin is very reasonable. They come to stark county. We've had both of our dogs done thru them and it was VERY reasonable even cheaper then one of a kind. www.rascalunit.com
Iso a good vet with lower costs to spay/neuter, we have a dog we need to get fixed and we really don't want to go with vca or a high priced chain. Thank you for any help!

Anyone in the Hilliard area have a recommendation for a good and reasonably prices vet?
Daniel W. replied:
Jeff, seriously, if you go anywhere by Rascal Animal Hospital, then you are making a mistake. These are a group of OSU educated vets who started a nonprofit spay/neutering van that went around the state providing free services. Now, they have a brand new facility (24 hours) next to the walmart on Britton Pkwy (dublin across the highway from Tuttle). An emergency visit is only $30 plus services (MedVet and OSU would charge you $150 just to walk in the door). http://www.rascalanimalhospital.com/
New cat owner here. Looking for affordable vet and groomer. I just adopted an adult long haired cat. He's very friendly but his fur is matted a little bit at his neck and I think he has fleas. Any ideas or suggestions where I can take him? Experiences? Thank you!

Do you know if there are any low cost places that offer dog dentals in the Dayton area?
Humane D. replied:
There really isn't any in the Dayton area. We do have a mobile unit called RASCAL that comes to our facility once a month that does some dentals, but the waiting list is very long to get in. RASCAL does have an office in Columbus, but I am not sure the cost or availability. You can call them at (614) 791-7729 or e-mail appointments@rascalunit.com.
I know this is Harrison county but i have a dog that needs fixed she already had 1 litter and we had hard time getting rid of them to good homes..I dont have money to fix her would like some help any suggestions?? please help

Rascal Animal hospital near Tuttle mall. The number is 614-791-7729.

We use to go to healthy pets but it was very expensive. Great vets but just too costly. Rascal Animal hospital has been the cheapest vet we have ever been too. If you have an appointment, you don't have to wait long but they except walk-in appointments which sometimes you wait awhile. Just to see the vet, it's only $25.
