  Just wondering... Is there a place or an agency/authority that I can reach out to file a complaint against my landlord? We have been living in this crappy house since October 2014 and we are having an ongoing issues with the house that we rented in. There are several leaks in the ceiling and we always worries when it rains. I have made several complaints to my landlord and he says, he is working on it but the leaks still exist till today. We also had a recent robbery and it seems to happen that the landlord hasn't changed the locks since the previous tenants vacated the house. My landlord lives in Phoenix and comes down and responds to us only when he collects the rent. I feel like he is taking advantage of us being new to the country and the community. So I am posting this to seek suggestions from the community members. I have been looking to rent a small one bed room house/ apartment or something like a shared accommodation in Coolidge where my family stays safe and comfortable. Any suggestions from the community is HIGHLY APPRECIATED. Please let us know if you are aware of any housing information.
