  ?I have used Bloom Pest Control and Home Services LLC, owner Nathan Head. He is based in Oregon City but did the mice removal for LaSalle Road, Gaston. May not be cheapest but have had no complaints. He removed dead mice, replaced insulation and vapor barrier under the house. Work was done quickly and owner and buyer happy. Good luck.
