  Agree with Scot Thai and Dave Post. The entire area around Sukhumvit Soi 3 to Soi 5 in the Bumrungrad Hospital and Grace Hotel area are full of Middle Eastern restaurants. Nearly all will have hummus. The two mentioned, Bamboo Bar (has a restaurant section separate from the bar) and Nefertiti on Suk. Soi 3/1 are very good as is the Beirut branch in Ploenchit Plaza and the small Mahmoud's Shawarma stand on the sidewalk outside of the Bamboo which is directly across from the Grace Hotel.
