  Better than massage therapy go see Dr. George Stretch here in Elgin. He's a Naprapath which works on muscles not cracking bones (like Chiropractors do) to relieve pain. He did wonders for me & even accepts insurance! Call 847-695-4847. He's a top doctor in his field! Good luck & feel better soon! :-)
