  @Hay Merchant - This is from their menu online... Half a Pig Head A roasted pig head split down the middle, served with tortillas, lettuce cups, kimchi salsa, and pickled vegetables. (Yes. This is an actual pig head 8-10 lbs.) Serves 4-6 people. This will take up to 45 min. In the future feel free to call ahead so we can have it ready when you arrive. 713.528.9805.
