  Does anyone know of a realtor company in cottonwood that does not require a 650 credit score to just RENT a house? My goodness, we never had this problem in phoenix. We are actively cn cleaning up our credit with Nova Home loans credit department in order to buy in a year! Very frustrating but if anyone has anyone they know of that we can just rent for at least year MAYBE two until we can build our credit up enough to buy, please let me know and I appreciate it:) also we have to incomes as well
