  Funny, someone just asked this the other day and we went through a ton of recommendations. But I recommend Dr. Janet Lin with Overlea Personal Physicians. She helped me get medication for severe Psoriasis that cost $7500 a month free with no insurance and is very thorough. Her number is 410-332-9260. I am sure other people will mention her as well.
