Where Is the best place to go to see about getting a usda or fha home loan for people with "fair/ok" credit? We have been paying rent for the past few years with never missing a payment and always on time. We have about a month to find something and get moving.   I know I am always asking y'all something but y'all are so good at giving me great information about the area. I need a good mortgage loan officer. One who is extremely knowledgeable. Someone you've used and he/she did a great job and also someone who knows something about this rural development loan stuff I've heard about. Also...best way to look for a home and/or land south of town. Really like Vincent Settlement school district but it doesn't seem like anything is for sale down there...might have to look anywhere in Carlyss..anyways...please recommend a professional you have used and they did a good job for you and your family.
