( not Alpine Family Physicians in algonquin "Aka" Centegra Medical Group) they no longer accept my Health Insurance (been going there for 24 yrs ) now I have to find a brand new Doctor........Recommendations would be greatly appreciated :) ..........Thank you Thank You
