  We also use The Cleaning Authority. Lanier's daughter and my daughter are in school together. They are very clear about the cleaning tasks they perform at each visit and have been very reliable. They have also been flexible with us when we have travel plans or changes in schedule. They send a team of 2 or 3 people, so they can be in and out of your house in about an hour and a half.
