  Pro-tip: a massage school.1-hour, student massage, $35 [Healing Arts](https://www.healingartsschool.com/) is a massage school, near Rex Hospital off Blue Ridge. The students need 'practice hours' to complete their training. They focus on Lymphatic Massage but Swedish/Sports massage is available. They have a nice professional office, that is quiet and calming. The rooms are clean and very pleasant.
