About us
Kristin's Konfections cakes are made from scratch, moist & delicious, and always baked to order. Buttercreams are all made from scratch as well and taste far more superior than any grocery store cake.

Most fillings are buttercream-based: (Flavors and fruits are mixed into buttercream for a rich delicious filling).
*Indicates premium cake flavors & fillings (additional $3 charge applies).
And to top it off, you can choose either:
- My Signature Swiss Vanilla Buttercream (fluffy, buttery, and silky smooth)
- Old Fashioned Vanilla Buttercream (the good ol' fashioned sweet stuff)
Fondant is also available and can be used to cover an entire cake or simply used for decorative accents. Many people like the look of the fondant for it's smooth appearance, but don't really enjoy the taste of it and do not wish to have the entire cake covered in it. Most of my creations are frosted in smooth buttercream with fondant accents and decorations but I can always cover the cake with fondant if that is preferred.

Pricing:
I make every effort to keep my cakes affordable. Prices vary depending on both the size and design/complexity. Most of my custom cakes require several hours of time and are created special for each and every customer. The following are prices for cakes with simple fondant or buttercream decorations. Detailed fondant/gumpaste decorations or elaborate designs are extra. Final pricing is based on the amount of work required to create your custom cake.

**Serving sizes are approximate and based off of a 1.5x2 inch slice of cake.
Availability:
It's never too early to reserve your date. Since my cakes are freshly made, I do limit the amount of orders per week. If you know the date of your event but unsure about specific details of what you would like or the amount of guests, no problem! I can reserve your date and we can work out the details later once it gets closer to your event.
*NOTE: A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required for all cake orders to book your date.
The rest is due upon pick up. If by chance your date changes a week before your event, I would be happy to try and accomodate your new date if I am not already booked. However, if your event date changes within 7 days of your event or I am not available on the new date, your deposit will not be refunded.
