  Bobbie C. wrote: My mother called and made an appointment with this company to come out and give her an estimate on installing a very basic faucet. She got up at 3 am to drive from Houston to Bandera so she would be there for the appointment, which was supposed to happen between Noon and 2 pm. At 2:30 pm, they called to say they were delayed, and finally showed up at 4:30 pm, only to tell her it would cost over $500 dollars for a simple 1-2 hour project. They explained that they worked off some sort of menu pricing and that was the minimum they could charge for her project. She, of course, said no, but then they charged her $60 just to come out. If there was a minimum work cost, that should have been explained over the phone! These people are out of their mind and feel they just wanted to make a quick buck off my elderly mom. I DO NOT recommend them.
