  Anybody know a good electrician and a good hvac guy? Title is self explanatory. I've called a few places and nobody wants to return my friggin calls. Need this work done by the first week in April. Electrician: Need a 70s era FPE panel replaced and copper pigtails put on my aluminum wiring. HVAC Air handler needs a tune up. Coil is black and needs cleaning. Need ductwork inspected for leaks, poor airflow to my bedroom (760sqft condo)

  For AC : http://www.certifiedclimate.com/ They came out last week to figure out why our AC stopped working. We picked them based on their Angie's List reviews. We were happy with the service we received.
